Blast from the Cold Frigid Past

A few of my fave looks from when it was ubsurdly cold, when it usually is blazing hot Being the warm weather Floridian I am I wasn’t too used to bundling up in Feb. March, a tiny bit of April. Any way I hope you all enjoy the forth coming pics.

I absolutely loved this outfit and the color of this shirt is so amazing I felt like a million bucks. vintage silk shirt, and vintage suede jacket. Pendant- craft store find.

A little glimpse of my wool Kimono jacket that I designed and made, I find it a rather strange  garment yet conventional in its kimmono-ish-ness I wore it with my fave vintage cami (I wish I had more…)

I love this silk leapord print shirt I really want to wear it to the beach the next time I go it’s the perfect shirt… oddly enough I found it while hunting around in the blazer rack at my fave thrift store, needless to say I was rather surprised. But I tried it on fell in love and bought it. vintage silk blouse, vintage wool blazer(made in Kazakhstan I love that fact…),Indian necklace,Marc Fisher sandals.

One of my first real attempts at pattern mixing I love this combo its so perfect. I sigh when I look at these two patterns colliding in such a wonderful way. I’m very creatively stimulated by colors and textures so suffice it to say I love this outfit…
vintage Saks Fifth Avenue wool blazer, vintage silk tank/blouse, Mark Fisher sandals

It was freezing cold when this picture was taken, but I loved this outfit.  And I had to snap a pic. Any way the printed blouse is an old Liz Claiborne dress from the 80’s that I loved but the hips were too small for me. So I chopped off the skirt hemmed it up and love it to bits…forever 21 tank, vintage Liz Claiborne shirt, random necklace, vintage suede jacket, converse tennies. (all the trouser jeans worn are Dressbarn and this pretty much represented what I wore when it was freezing cold Jan. on.)

Anyway I hope you all enjoyed my winter looks I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.  Thanks for stopping by and I love reading your comments. =)
